Travel

This page is a constant work in progress…links will appear as I post Like many other people, I love to travel. I was lucky enough to go on holiday regularly within the UK as a child (though spent a lot of the time reading in the front of the van) and went abroad for the first time when I was about eleven. As soon as I could buy my own plane tickets I spent many spare weeks flying off on an orange plane to various places in Europe visiting friends and exploring new places. I also spent a year living abroad in the middle of my degree, which was quite an eye opener! While living on the continent I discovered the fun of train travel, and did some interrailing. Recently I have taken my first big trips to the USA and to India, once again visiting friends. I haven’t always blogged about my experiences abroad, but I thought it would be nice to start collecting them here, and to share them with others. Not only that, but I think it will be interesting to see how my travelling looks all together, and it will be fun for me to look back on and to add to in the future.
